Since 1997
Over the years the number of cattle in our herd has increased in quantity and quality. Like the cattle before them we have maintained the principles of practical, predictable, and profitable Texas Longhorn Seed Stock. They are packed with maternal performance, carcass quality and the calving ease traits that date back to their beginnings.
Our definition of practical, is - if they wont work at our place they most likely won't work at yours either.
When it comes to predictable, we use every tool in the trade from weighing, measuring, to yield grading, marbling scores, rib eye area, and shear testing to improve and strengthen our genetic base, without sacrificing the strong traits already bred in.
Profitability means a return customer base. Where year after year they purchase bulls and breeding stock that will work for them, there has to be some profit for both the buyer and seller. It takes more than popular fads to build a proven program.
